Oh a lot. Especially with my recent job and my previous job. I quitted my previous job due to poor management and a lot of colleagues leaving, which resulted in the workload getting pushed on the people who stayed. I had been given a permanent contract. Which would normally be a good thing. Until they tried to halve my hours in that contract from 12-16 to 5 hours per week. That's not even a full working day. I did not agree to that and after much protest I was given a 12-hour contract. The choice was to accept this or resign immediately because I would be too expensive. A few months later, many colleagues left and we had to take on the workload. Management criticized me for not being more flexible, while they offered me this contract with so few hours. This went on for several months until I realized how much trouble the company would be in if I left. I was the only person who could legally (with certification and 18+ age) sell tobacco and alcohol. I was done with it and handed in my resignation. Result? The store was unable to sell alcohol and tobacco on weekends for 3 months long because no one could work this service. Ultimately, they had to persuade a weekday person to work weekends.
My current job I would love to quit on the spot and be done with it. But In just three months I gratuate my study and move away from this region anyway. One of my old colleagues acctually did this 😂. He had a meeting with HR where he got reprimanded for something (I don't know what) and he left on the spot and never came back. I hate my managers and how poorly they behave. Lack of communication, a long period where PTO is not allowed (which they dont have this rule in writing but still refuse PTO anyway), disrespectfull & sexist remarks, being late with the schedule (we had once we didn't even knew which days we had to work the following week) and blaming others for his lack of communication.

Sure, and i have.
Everyone should do it.
There’s a power imbalance in favor of management over labor. The only way to end that is for working people to be disciplined enough to have a little “f*ck you” money in the bank so that they can simply tell their employers to f*ck off. Give a warning or two if you prefer, but eventually you actually have to quit. Every time you let someone walk on you with no consequences, you simply guarantee that they will do it again. That goes double for employers. They think they own you. You can’t convince them otherwise while groveling under their heels.
I wanted to quit so bad at my recent job, reasons were lack of communication and poor management. I was part of the management team and been working there for a year. Got my tasks taken away because the manager does favoritism and also management gossips. The whole company is a mess but guess what I got fired today because of employee complaints which I’m pretty sure it was management that was “complaining” about me they had it all planned out. It sucks thought because I don’t have a new job to go to but I did went on an interview this morning so I’m hoping I get a job soon because I got bills to pay.
million times... but I'm still there :D
it's not the job itself is bad... just everything around me sometimes makes me feel the urge to throw it all to hell and start from scratch

Funny story. I did that, and regretted it. I had some savings, but it took me 6 months to find a new job and it was getting rough. If you're inna good position and know you can get a job easily, then sure, but if you're not, make sure you have something liked up.
Yes. When I worked for McDonads. But my dad told me not to quit and to give it a month. I let walking to the place I used to work at that I planned on returning to and ask if they were ready to rehire me and eventually they were so I finished my few weeks at the McDonald’s and returned to my former job. I was much happier and still am
There are definitely days where I dream of no longer coming in to work, not giving any notice or anything, and moving on to something else. I imagine not answering the phone if they call, or answering and telling them I'm not coming back.
yes i quit mcdonalds by taking some of everything they had, putting it all in one big paper cup, and throwing it on the windshield of the managers car
There have been a few times where I have and I'm sure many have those moments. But those moments are fleeting. I've only had 5 jobs in 48 years, so I tend to stick with them.
My boss: Bring it on! Quit if you dare!
Me: iMmA eNd tHiS gUy'S wHoLe cArEeR...
Been there done that.my temporary job is so tiring. i want to resign, but I can't because i need the money.
Yes I have cause I've had a few bad ones. Can I ask why do you want to quit
Nope. And now that I'm retired if I had it to do over again I'd go back and tell a lot more people to f*** off. Eh, I'm full of 💩. I probably still wouldn't.
Yap did it when I was younger just said what am doing here I hate this job and just walk out never went back
Yes only have done it once, my boss at the time was a weirdo perv who was allowing racism.
I have after a tough conversation with my boss. I didn't quit my job though.
Every now and then, when I perceive something as unfair, but never done it yet.
I have done that only once after being discriminated against for a month because I'm male.
If I hated the job or the job hated me
I did it. Never regretted it.
I have walked out on jobs
yep and did
