because of sports in Texas... which are usually approved to go even with temps around the 100F... we've always been aware of those
personally, I've had heat exhaustions a few times, lol... but never a heat stroke, and would not want to come down with one of those either
Yes. Had to learn it in CPR class for massage business, also relearned it when I took our town's Citizen's Police Academy Training, and re-relearned it when I had to teach it to college students a few years back when I was teaching.
We had a small wildfire yesterday. Paper said it was already 118°f outside. Add climbing trails with gear and police scanner started asking for ambulances. I think 5 went to the hospital.
I learned about it in my cpr course couple weeks back but this poster is a good reminder. Thank you!

I sort of knew this but thanks to the reminder.
Had lots of things about this last week in the UK during the first heatwave of the season. I know all about it and i know how to avoid it.
