You could start with a Masters degree, no job and no real assets.
Or
No education beyond a high school diploma but a half million dollar inheritance.
Which would you choose?

With $500K and whom I know in the field I would have my company back up and running within six months, easily. I am not talented in STEM, so any Masters I would get would be in a field like music, and music teachers make nowhere near what I do now.
I'll take the money. With it, I can buy a degree.
So you would seek a degree still at your age?
If it would help me get a job, sure.
Choosing between starting with a master's degree or a significant inheritance depends on long-term goals. With a master's, you'd have expertise and credibility, offering focused career paths but needing immediate income. The inheritance provides financial stability and freedom to explore entrepreneurial endeavors or further education. Personally, I'd lean towards the master's degree due to its alignment with knowledge and career development, allowing me to continue my passion for guidance and growth, relying on skills and network to build financial stability over time. Ultimately, the decision reflects personal values and vision for the future.

Depends on what the degree was in and where it was from.
Half a million lol
Do you have a rationale behind that you want to share? There's no right or wrong to this. I'm just curious as to why you arrive at that choice?
I suppose because a masters degree with no job and no job experience isn't worth a whole lot.. at least with half a mil I could buy a small house and have left over money to survive while I find a job. High school is good enough to get a shitty job to get by and I can work my way up to better positions..
@msc545 I don't have a masters now because I am not going in debt for stupid schooling.. and I have a job that pays the bills and I could make more money if I worked out of town making that much but I don't feel like it.. cuz as long as I can survive and buy what I want I don't actually care..
@msc545 Yes its my choice how I live.. It's not that I think school is stupid.. I just don't like school and think it is stupid for me to do it.. I done a college course passed with honours but it was really difficult because I have issues with procrastination. If I want more money its a much better idea to find a guy who has more money and is more motivated than me, since men are sometimes a much better investment then doing it myself.
