It doesn't matter what kind of job you have there's always going to be something that you don't want to do

And if you look at things like it's above you or you're above it there's always going to be drama in their problem if you want to be a good employee and train yourself to be a good leader you take on every role and you understand it one day you might become a boss's supervisor or the leader of whatever it is you're doing and you know exactly how other people will feel when they have to do that job so if you want to leader someday do whatever it takes to be that leader experience and explore it all take it on it's a challenge

A lot depends on the company you're interning at.

At my company, you don't get an intern unless you have a written plan for what meaningful work you're going to have them do and how you plan on mentoring them during their internship.

Way too many companies don't bother to do this.

Th positive side of this, we eventually offer permanent jobs to around 75% of our interns. We also make it clear up front that an internship is basically a 3 month long job interview !!!
