The women at my workplace seem to have nobody to back them. There was this dude who came in on the regular who was a creep to the girls he made questionable comments and they were pretty short with him as they didn't want to deal with him. The assistant DM likes to throw fits when things aren’t going his way. When creepy dude complained that “the checker was rude and not professional” because she basically told him to go away.

The Assistant DM turned out he wrote her up and wrote a nasty message on the white board in the break room (this is common every little thing) any complaint we got no matter how stupid it was ended up with a nasty message being written.

But he also tends to get angry when people quit. The store managers basically have no say because he’s been running the store. The district manager is hard to talk to and he mostly oversees his other stores. So it does not good to go really anywhere.
