What is something you did as a job or side job, that is possibly morally/legally gray, that you're proud of?

Years ago, I bought a car from a buy here pay here place. They did their own financing. I didn't do a loan though, I bought it cash up front.

About three months into owning it, my car refused to start, yet everything looked good, mechanic said it looked good too. We investigated further and found an ignition lockout device with GPS and cell access, basically a device used to shut a car down if you fail to make payments. We'll it got promptly removed. I then returned to the dealership with the device and handed it to them. At first they thought I had broken the law somehow, but again the car was paid in full. So they didn't have a leg to stand on.. I turned that experience into a somewhat successful business. I had three rules when helping people with these. Rule one was that they could prove the car was theirs and the device was not part of a breath system. Rule two was that they could prove they paid the car off, and rule three was that they promised to return the device to the dealer. Cause if they are still paying on it and it's turned off they can go to the dealership to correct that. But if it's paid off, then the device activating is just negligence on the part of the dealership.
