Does this Logo look Professional for business?

The top one sucks the bottom one was an excellent solution to what made the tip one suck. It could go on a shirt.

Does it look professional? It looks like a trustworthy company, it would look decent on a shirt. But there's certain design language that is a bit dated happening here but that's only of you're shooting for the upper tippy top tier of the definition of "professional" if you're asking, can I make a business out of logos? Or can I run a business off this logo? I think it's a solid yes. And I like it.

Two things are putting me off here, design wise, making me think that this logo does not convey what it's supposed to convey:

• They both are reminding me of mainstream mobile gaming or online gambling, because they are drawn like coins, especially enforced in the second version due to shininess.
• The focus is so huge on Ireland, due to the size of IRISH and the country flag spilling everywhere, that the photography label gets lost. Why Ireland should be rendered to attract much more attention than the main idea, which should be photography?

It looks professional , however I think it's too colorful.. I think it would look better with a slightly simpler design.

it look acceptable to be honest. but these days modern logos tend to be way more simplistic for recognition. yours is a bit too complicated to be easily recognized. it does look good but i think that makes it less ideal as a brand logo.
