Does this Logo look Professional for business?

The top one sucks the bottom one was an excellent solution to what made the tip one suck. It could go on a shirt.
Does it look professional? It looks like a trustworthy company, it would look decent on a shirt. But there's certain design language that is a bit dated happening here but that's only of you're shooting for the upper tippy top tier of the definition of "professional" if you're asking, can I make a business out of logos? Or can I run a business off this logo? I think it's a solid yes. And I like it.
Two things are putting me off here, design wise, making me think that this logo does not convey what it's supposed to convey:
It looks professional , however I think it's too colorful.. I think it would look better with a slightly simpler design.
The logo itself is OK, but the colours are far too bright.
To determine if a logo looks professional, consider its simplicity, relevance, and memorability. A professional logo should be clean, easily recognizable, and align with your brand’s values. It should also work well in different sizes and formats, conveying the intended message to your target audience.

Why does the celtic knot look like that?
Most certainly because the designer is AI lol
it look acceptable to be honest. but these days modern logos tend to be way more simplistic for recognition. yours is a bit too complicated to be easily recognized. it does look good but i think that makes it less ideal as a brand logo.
Second one looks too busy for a logo. First one a little too but is the better one
It's too busy for a business logo but it would make a decent pump clip.
No, it's too busy and it's got too many colors.
Is that depicting a can of shoe polish? 🤔
Where is the 4 leaf clover?
