I wrote a book in one day today. It is a short book I plan on padding with illustrations and persuasive arguments. The hard part was finding a way to sell a book that is so short, I could write it in one day. I am not looking forward to formatting the book and trying to prepare it for publication.

After a coaching session, I often log the same information in:
- a CRM for the institution
- an internal notes system
- a reporting spreadsheet for metrics

It can easily double the time of an actual session. The value is marginal beyond what one well-structured system could provide. I’d rather spend that time refining resources, following up more personally, or analyzing patterns for better programs instead of copying the same notes into three places.
