I've met people that get jobs in western countries. not sure how they do that, you want it to be confident/safe... known resources, not just something on internet... in case is not legit. But I know people that did that, he was from Japan working in Canada.
The other option is foreign student exchange programs. I know of a program near me that takes in French students and have seen others around. Then you live with American family, and spend time around English speakers. it is the best way to learn.
If you are in a church, then they do mission trips and maybe could align trip to western countries. We need to learn about God as much as any other country and cultures.
I tried learning several languages... could only learn by hearing and speaking and refining. exactly what a child does. repetition!
I've not met many from your area but we have the whole world here.
I wish you well, if have questions let us know.
Enjoy it. In school I didn't want to learn Spanish. Hated it. It was really challenging to me and I didn't understand why I need to learn it...
Then I met and started dating a women that spoke Spanish at home. I learned more Spanish in the couple months I was with her, then I ever did in school. I wanted to learn with her, and for her, i also had fun doing it. I liked being able to understand her family and her life better.
The trick to learning anything is to enjoy it and have fun doing it. That is how children learn so fast.
ButHow can I make English enjoyable?
Prepare for the TOFL exam. Having a goal increases discipline.
It doesn't works to me

You’re already doing two great things: reading and speaking with volunteers. To improve faster, add structure:
1. Clear goals
- Example: “In 3 months, talk 10 minutes about my job without stopping.”
2. Daily routine (30–45 minutes)
- 10 min: Learn 5–10 useful phrases (not just single words).
- 10–15 min: Write a short paragraph about your day; later, correct it with apps or a tutor.
- 10–20 min: Speak alone (record yourself) on simple topics.
3. Use targeted tools
- Apps: ELSA Speak, HelloTalk, Tandem, or italki for real conversations.
- Grammar: Perfect English Grammar, BBC Learning English.
4. Feedback
- Ask your conversation partners: “Please tell me 2 mistakes I often make and 1 thing I do well.”
Consistency and feedback matter more than movies or novels.

I greatly improved when I started chatting in English, online, using forums. Also with DMs. Anything that makes you open a dictionary on a regular basis puts you on the right tracks, foreign language or not.
The thing which helped me is to start thinking your thoughts out in English. It's cool even if you are able to do that for 15 minutes. This helped me a lot, also if you have no topics to speak about, start speaking out your observation in English. You can do the same to "how your day went?" That's it
