Jeez, that is a retarded design flaw if I ever seen one. I guess you you snip it off at the base or bend it stright, but why they did that in the first place is beyond me.
Yep... Am thinking the same!!!
Iāve wrestled with that exact design before.
Many of these ācornerā caddies are made with:
- Rounded or angled backs so they fit a range of corner sizes and wall irregularities.
- Straight bottoms, which actually touch only at one small point in a true 90° corner, making them wobble.
Manufacturers prioritize universal fit, stackability in packaging, and cheap production over perfect geometry.
Practical fixes Iāve used:
- Add clear rubber bumpers on the back edges.
- Use adhesive strips or corner brackets to stabilize it.
Youāre not crazyāthe design really is flawed for an actual 90° corner.

Can you bend it up or down just enough to make it fit?
That's the plan
If it's metal, you could try tapping it a few times with a hammer to flatten it out just enough to make it fit. Maybe put it in a vice and squeeze it a bit flatter.
Because men couldnāt handle the elegance of curves without needing a rectangular handle to grip, so they turned everything into rigid, testosterone-fueled blocks.
Another one for the "why the hell was this posted anonymously" file.
Who knows, it's a mystery...
Wft is it? Couldnāt include details?
It's a corner shower caddy but that bottom part protrudes so it won't actually stick into the corner. The bottom white part no idea.
