I work at a clothing warehouse many years & want get promoted as trainer / lead. You walk around with. Vest watching watching guiding new hires. Even tho I done tests & ask to be trainer im kept as same picker sorter packed role even tho daily a new hire asks me for help & they don’t care don’t want me get higehr role.
my resume will just say warehouse worker at this job For 5 years. will that be enough to be accepted interviewed as a lead trainer at new job?
