Why do people use "games should reflect society" to excuse too many blacks in games, and then bitch about lack of blacks in Japanese games?

There is not that many black people in Japan, and since games should reflect society its vital that this is reflected in the games, right? Or perhaps its not such a good excuse?
If you think they still need it due to international markets, I take it you also for equalitys sake think that games with too many black characters compared to Japan should have them turned Asian in their Japanese releases right?

There is not many black people in Japan. Therefor using their own excuse there should not be many black characters in games made in Japan. But they still complain about it when there is not many black characters in Japanese games so they are hypocritical. I ask why
