Honestly, you're going to really struggle to find *any* woman who looks anywhere near as good at 35 as she did at 19, let alone one who's had a load of work done. It would basically have to be someone who was very overweight but then got in shape.

In terms of physical attractiveness, there's absolutely no contest, but even in terms of personality, I'd take the average 19 year old over a 35 year old any day - they're far more fun, playful and adventurous, less jaded and bitter, and they don't want to talk about work, mortgages, children etc, or let that stuff hold them back.
