After the victory of Ukraine and Kalush Orchestra, it's time to look one year ahead. Will Ukraine be able to host Eurovision Song Contest 2023?

In the event that Ukraine has not kicked Russia out of the country and that the war drags on, or that Ukraine is simply unable to host Eurovision next year, either due to destructions, economics or security, then the competition must be held in another country in Europe.

Who do you think will host next year?

France 🇫🇷 (Might be up to it)

It would be lovely to be held in Ukraine, however I very much doubt that will be possible, never say never though.

i know the UK would volunteer to host it, however it would be better held in a continental country, as easier to travel to.

politically Ukraine may ask various countries including Poland (Krakow etc) and the UK to host.

That's very true! But I don't think Poland has a strong economy like the UK plus they have taken in the most refugees but on the other hand they might actually do it

It is normally the winning country that hosts and it’s citizens get most tickets for.

No I don't think you're understanding that Putin has put direct orders on Ukraine. Russia will not be allowed to take part next year. I think they are banned until the 'special military operation' is over
