And no; Amber *Heard is a (formerly) attractive looking rich white female in America. She could literally have murdered Johnny Depp and would barely get community service. She's not going to jail for perjury or lying in court. Especially with medical professionals diagnosing her with Borderline Personality Disorder, among other mental illnesses.

Also, this is a civil trial, not a criminal trial. This is all about money, although with all the crimes and sh*t (no pun intended) that Heard did, you'd be forgiven for thinking this is a criminal/assault trial on domestic abuse. I mean, Heard cut Depp's f*cking finger off and then cackled about it like she was Kamala Harris! She sh*t in his bed, and then faked domestic abuse. She lied to police and lied to medical professionals. By all means, this SHOULD be a criminal trial. Though it isn't!

Still, we should pretend like this is a criminal court case! Though it isn't!

I don't think so. Everything else aside, I think the procecutors see her as someone who is a narssicist and as they oflften are, they're reckless with the truth. Her lies weren't calculated, she just blurted things out emotionally. I don't think it's the kind of purgery they usually go after, especially in this type of setting.
