#1 Dark Tower as of now. I didn't know that was his but I loved that film.
#2 Pet Sematary 2 with the crazy stepdad cop since it was more hilarious than scary.
#3 Storm of the Century which was a longass miniseries but awesomely sad film to watch as a kid. Man the lengths people will go to save their kids.
#4 Christine since it wasn't that scary
#5 Cujo since the ending was epic af
#6 Misery due to that ankle breaking scene lol!!
Log I forgot about Misery. That’s a good one.
Yea i love these films of his. I haven't seen all his stuff but It, Cujo and Carrie scared me the most as a kid so i dont really rewatch them. I liked the Carrie remake with Chloe because its not scary. As for Cujo, I've been afraid of dogs even before i saw that one but it doesn't help. It scared tf out of me and i haven't rewatched since childhood and won't. Christine didn't scare me. The Stand bored me. Shawshank was just ok. The Shining was creepy and boring so i only like the end chase. I couldnt get into Stand By Me. I want to see yhe old Firestarter since it comes on tv weekly but i just never took the time to watch. And they just released the remake.
Thank you for mho
Shawshank was reallly good to me. Sweet freedom, betting it all.
The Green Mile and Shawshank Redemption are superb. I also like Stand By Me, The Shinning and, Carrie. I didn't really get into the movie Christine though. I guess that it depends on what you like and what your looking for. Misery is also another good film adaptation. All of these I would suggest. Leave the lights on though.
Have fun with your selection.
Cujo
Great dogs! That's part of the reason why cujo is my favorite. The real horror is a normally friendly dog turning into a vicious killer.
He ruined the Beethoven series for me lol
@DizzyDesii For you and many other people, I'm sure, lol.
That is a great movie to watch on a birthday. lol
@dustybiker I feel like you're more excited about my birthday than I am 😂
@sirderpsalot123 You get my humor and are fun to share it with. lol
@dustybiker The feeling is mutual.
Thanks for MHO

The shining and pet cemetery. Stephen King has the best horror.
It. I never seen the new one. My mom made a big deal about how scary it was. Which it wasn't even close to scary. I laugh so hard once I realize she was over exaggerating.
I liked Carrie, Stand By Me, and The Shawshank Redemption.
I don't think I've ever watched any of his movies.
Carrie
It (absolutely)
Stand by me
Pet sematary
I really like Shawshank, but I went with Carrie. The pig blood does it all.
The Shining for sure
D and E are both really good.
The Mist (2007)
Great film but that ending will forever piss me off :(
@DizzyDesii I reckon it would have been cool if they made a sequel to it.
They made a tv show of it but i didn't watch
@DizzyDesii yeh I didn't watch that either.
I love Misery! But he's done so many I love 😍
The Shinning ofc lol
Carrie
