Maybe, if this is you and you posses mood instability then I have something to fill that empty, gaping, hollowness, and cavernous hole felt on the inside. Man can not fix himself. We have not improved as history (Putin/Abortion) demonstrate. We can not Self-improve, Self-enlighten, Self our way into a humanistic Utopia. Despite all the upgrades in Education, Lifestyle, and Technology man/woman have improved Not… Why⁉️
Man is fallen and unable to do/be good. We know tight/wrong innately, conscience to guide, and free will to choose but yet we kill, hurt, and terrorize one another in varied ways. We are not good-hearted. Fix⁉️ The only way to fill that gaping hole is to know of God. In and Through Christ Jesus God will rest in your Being. His presence, known and felt within your Soul, Mind, and Body is real. He walks with you, you can talk to Him and He communicates back through various provable means. He is with you and fills that empty void with life, insights, and experiences that one can not describe or relate too without experience. So ⁉️ The depression and all those things that we can not fix or self-improve do so through Him. In and Through Christ Jesus is a real experience and the introspective recognition is confirmed by the our external living and feeling. The Price⁉️ To trust in Jesus the Christ as Savior snd Lord. To give up all those Self driven Improvements..”best life” and Wants/Desires over to Him as Savior and Lord. Ask Him to come be a part of your life and He will refine you into an Improved form. Sometimes through trials and pain reminiscent of what you feel now EXCEPT one can walk and talk and yell too ant at…snd He listens. Refining occurs in worldly good/success too. It’s not all “bad.” Give God a chance and ask Him to show himself available to you. Blessings 🙂
