Can you recommend a movie about loneliness?

I’m not sure there are any movies essentially about loneliness. Usually such movies are more about the longing that accompanies loneliness, like “The Phantom of the Opera”, “The Crow” or “Swamp Thing”. A couple of great movies about aloneness are “The Station Agent” and “Wild”.

I'm used to being alone being the Eldest and only male with 4 sisters but that doesn't mean I'm lonely.

For the film try, The Loneliness of the Long Distance Runner, it is a 1962 British coming-of-age film. The screenplay was written by Alan Sillitoe from his 1959 short story of the same title. The film was directed by Tony Richardson

I am so happy being alone!! I love being home alone watching tv. My mom lives with me but sometimes it would be nice to just be alone.. I even go to lunch by myself at work and I'm happy
