I'm deciding to start taking voice lessons and want to learn a new language. I know that I won't be able to afford to take both, so I am going to start with voice lessons. I want to learn how to sing and do some breathing exercises.

People had told me that Duolingo is not the app for the ones who are wanting to learn a new language, let alone beginners. I have tried it, but it didn't feel like I was learning the things I am supposed to know.
