FridayI went to a haunted hoimuse with some people. Sat I had plans to go to a huge Halloween party, I paid for my ticket over a month ago $46 bucks. I ended up not going. Why, well because I'm sober now and don't drink and going to that party just didn't seem like a gun idea. My friend invited me and I bought the ticket on impulse and regretted it for 1.5 months. I stayed home on Sat. and went to bed early. No Regrets.

Technically I spent it doing all of that, except party.

I went out, I enjoyed food, I didn't dress up, but I did give out candy at home with family and I did enjoy seeing the nostalgia of when I was their age being a trick or treaters. Memories.

So I enjoyed seeing other people's enjoyment, as much as it was almost a regular day for me, except I went out and treated myself to food given its a sweet-tooth type of evening/night after i had finished my work. I'm just a 9 to 5 worker. Hope everyone of good souls had a happy Halloween. 🥳😋🙃

*correction : as in, after work, I went out for dinner alone, enjoyed myself eating good food, and then came home, and enjoyed family with house decorations and just being a good sport about appreciating making memories for new generations like when I was their age and trick or treating wasn't nearly as big as Halloween is now. And keeps getting bigger. I feel very honoured to keep those traditions alive and thrive 🥳😈😏 each Halloween as much as Christmas Easter's you name it. Happy greetings all

We had a party at a friend's house Sat night, and tonight we took a fire engine into the village and passed out candy.
The kids loved it, and many went inside of the engine, and some adults as well.

i don't care about Halloween anymore... today is All Saint's day in my country anf i just went to mass. tomorrow is All Souls Day and i plan to also go to mass 😊🙏

Currently working, started at 7:00 a. m. and it's currently 7:00 p. m. . Another hour or so and I'll be done. Then I'm going home, eat dinner, wash my stinky ass and go to bed and clock goes off at 5:30 in the morning

Your vivid honesty is appreciated. Do you get into the Halloween spirit at all? I feel a responsibility, by choice, to keep the traditions alive for future generations to enjoy receiving candy, seeing a decorated home, etc. I guess each to their own, but I feel very humbled to see the happy memories, but regardless, man I hope you had a happy day regardless for Halloween. Likewise, advance merry Christmas or happy holidays. Even if it's just a regular day, good wishes

This is the first Halloween in our new house for my partner and I. We are at home with a bowl of the big candy bars because we are trying to be the cool house in the neighborhood lol

There was a costume and pizza party at work at lunch time which I completely stayed away from.
