I heard this today and it just resonated with me. I heard the Eliza Gilkerson cover of this great Dylan tune.

I haven't heard that song in ages but I remembered it when I was listening to the version you shared. Dylan sure could write some lyrics, couldn't he?

I never heard Eliza Gilkerson's version before. It's beautiful.

Dylan's version was released in 1965 when I was eleven years old. I didn't even hear of him until I entered high school in the fall of '69. Some of the kids worshiped him.

Dylan has written so many songs in his 60 year career that no one knows them all. My college roommate had a Dylan album called Planet Waves that nobody ever heard of. It was different for sure.

The most sought after album is Dylans Freewheelin album. There were two versions and I have the one that is not worth a big pile of money.
