Do you ever have difficulty choosing your path?

I have over 80 book ideas and don't know which one to start. I also could not decide on an author name - went through 500 ideas. My church said I should use my real name cause if I write something I should accept credit for it. I thought I would get fewer readers if people knew I was a woman and Chinese cause a lot of people hate Chinese people and a lot of people don't like to read books by female authors.

Many times, still do but I have my goals in mind and what I want to accomplish so I have to decide anyways. At least now I have a rough idea of what to do.

I think, while your frees are understandable, are you sure that those sorts of people will be the majority of readers and not a minority? Your books will have an audience and the goal would be to reach the right people.

How about using the biblical approach of drawing lots. You could draw for each book and when you draw the short straw that’s the book idea you would go with.

I actually had dreams telling me to write about certain topics but I had so many dreams about it. I'm surprised by what I learned in those dreams. I was told to write about one topic that is not religious at all - it was about how to be a moral and ethical person while being in a relationship.

There is no better time than the present. Why not pick that topic and start outlining or writing.

I have the outline. Do not know right now whether I should take the common life experience strategy or the medically supported and well documented research strategy. Cause I want to buy 11 more textbooks before I begin my research project. I buy a textbook every month.
