Trending & News I think all those options are good. Why limit yourself to just one when you can include them all. Just space them out for different days. Give each one a day and a set amount of time you spend on it. Like Monday 30 minutes of art making, Tuesday 30 mins history research and so on. But if you just want to focus on one thing then just choose whichever one you are most passionate about.
Piano, reading, and history are all good hobbies.

I recommend eating omega 3 to compensate because peanut butter is high in omega 6. See if there is a shell fish that has omega 3 or a vegetable or sea creature that has more omega 3 then 6.
Chia Seeds might work. You have to soak them for 8 hours before you eat them.
I get sick of seafood so I use supplements
Walnuts also work because ALA converts to omega 3
I eat peanuts for the protein
Walnuts have more omega 3
Peanuts have higher protein plus they’re better for weight loss because they have fewer calories than walnuts
