What are your thoughts on Dolly Parton as a singer?

I think she has a great voice and is actually a decent human being.

She's a great country artist, singer and songwriter. Her attempt at rock duets is dismal.

I think she did it so she could accept her induction to the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame which she had previously turned down because she's not a rock singer. That was a classy move. Should have left it at that and stuck to what she's good at. She is a class act however, and a great human being. Very generous with her money and time.
