Why do people have this idea that singers are anointed?

It's a combination of genetics and effort. Some things come easier to some people than others. In was learning algebra from a book when I was 8, calculus when I was 12. Sure, I took the time to read the books and do the problems but it was easy for me.

Because they believe that about any one who has talent when they are to lazy to actually practice anyrhing.

See it a lot on YouTube when streaming people saying you have such a gift.

Please I do it for hours and hour before any one even showed! It's practice not a gift!
