Why do the girls on real housewives show fight all the time?

My family likes watching the real housewives of whatever town or city, I'm not a fan. I don't pay attention to it much but whenever I do the girls on that show are always arguing or fighting about something, pushing each other and stuff, mostly because of stupid reasons. Is there such thing as a "reality" show where girls don't argue all the time? It really irritates me that women are represented in reality tv shows by those horrible women. Why can't we all just get along already.
