Boudoir photoshoot location?

Hello, I would like to take some beautiful and sexy professional pictures. I can't do it at home, I'm living in a shared flat and the small photo studio of my brother doesn't really have the proper sets for this kind of shoot either. We thought about booking a nice hotel room but don't know if we need to ask for permission to do this kind of stuff or not. And not sure if there are better places to do this

The photographer usually has all the set-ups in their studio.

Like I said he doesn't, it's not really his usual type of shoots so he doesn't have the necessary set. Could go for a photographer who does but don't necessarily want to pay a couple hundred extra just because of this. Maybe at a later stage if I liked it the first time :)

If your photographer will bring a lot of big equipments for the photoshoot, ask him to ask permission to the hotel first before you book a room

I'm not sure about that myself but my brother mentioned some special lights that are needed. For me just a bag with some outfits

Ok the lights are big (usually) so the hotel might ask you what are you bringing and how many people do you have with you in the hotel room. They usually charge you more for that

Book the hotel and don’t ask. Bring the equipment with you. Nobody cares. Just make sure not to capture any hotel logos in the pictures.
