What are your thought on guys that listen to peaceful, relaxing, melancholy instrumental music?

I think that's kind of rare and attractive because he must have some depth to him. Most would name rock, hiphop/rap, electronic music lol.

tbh I am down for almost anything that sounds good to my ears, it changes depending on my mood. Soft spots are more into mellow (jazzy, r&b, lofi, instrumental, nature, etc), hiphop, kpop, electronic, and alt rock/pop. Lately, I've been onto more lo fi and r&b slow vibe. I donte think its really common for people in general to listen to instrumentals so i asked. Majority these days listen to rap, hip pop.

Yes, sadly that is true. I listen to a lot of old jazz fusion, and most of that is instrumental and often very mellow.
