I picked other... Because it really depends on what I'm doing. If it's lifting weights or doing dishes, lyrics are fine for me. Now... when it is something that requires my brain to engage I prefer no lyrics. Reading for instance... I go with classical music instead of Slipknot or Mudvayne like with weight lifting. Dishes it's the same. My non-brain-using activities can get by on high dialog like just listening to Tim Pool rant about civil war. I mean when I used to do chores in the military, that's when I would pull out my queue cards and memorize shit. I speak and read Japanese because of that. I can memorize shit when I'm doing something brain-dead like sweeping the floor.

Well that is me and my musical habits... hoped it gave some insight.

Sometimes instrumental only can be really enjoyable.

But often good lyrics can be a significant part of a good song.

If I'm actually listening to music rather than white noise (or NIN) then instrumental is the way to go, also philharmonic tickets are cheaper and more enjoyable than any concert tickets I've bought since like 2010.
