401 opinions shared on Entertainment & Arts topic. Ok so much to choose from. I think I would still go for Vin from the first Mistborn trilogy by Branbon Sanderson. She fits favorit character in soo many catergories for me therefore I think I will put her on top of the overall list.
Why: Character from my favorite Series, great character development in personality AND powers both of which make sense in my opinion.
Also concerning what kind of character she is, concerning her usage of her powers its kinda of what most of my own Characters turn out to be, in Video games or pen and paper Roleplaygames.

Not familiar with this one, but it's good to have those sources when rp'ing. I know I borrow from time to time when I'm inspired to roleplay in game (FFXIV) or playing Lancer.

As in Life is Strange, Chloe Price? Lol sorry my video game mind might be on high based around that game. It was a favorite of mine for a while.
- +1 y
Agreed. That's why the final decision in that game was so hard.
- +1 y
Lmao I was trying not to spoil it for others but yeah my first play through I saved her too

+1 yNumber 6 / t. v. / "The Prisoner"
He's usually much smarter than Number 2 and outwits them pretty much every time they try something on him.
Frank Columbo / t. v. / "Columbo". Again, he's much smarter than people give him credit for and always gets the murderer. 4 times, it WAS "Number 6" (the guy that played him)!26 Reply- +1 y
Haven't seen either of these, though I'm familiar with Columbo. Seems to be a theme here though!
- +1 y
Both are very intelligent shows! The Prisoner first aired in `67 and people, today are STILL trying to figure out what it's about. Every time I watch it, I discover something else about it I never noticed before! I've seen it at least a dozen times! I'll probably watch it again late this summer. I'm already leading up to it. I'll watch "The Avengers", first (I just started season two a week ago (only 2.25 episodes from season one still exist) and season three last night) and then, "Danger Man" (starring Patrick Magoohan, who would become Number 6 a few years later) and then The Prisoner. As Pat was in 4 episodes of, "Columbo" and wrote one and directed two others, I tend to watch that after The Prisoner.
The Prisoner might not make sense, at first but, the more you know about it and the more you watch it, the more you understand what it's about. It was all Pat's idea (he wrote and directed most of it) and he says that even he doesn't know what it's about.
This might get you interested.

@exitseven But, I've got it on DVD.
I only got to see bits & pieces of a couple episodes back in `67 ("Arrival", "Checkmate" and "The General", possibly "The Schizoid Man"). I never got to see the whole series until the mid `90's. I've seen it at least a dozen times, since then,. Maybe 20 or so. It's like The Monkees' movie, "Head". The more I watch it, the more I discover about it. - +1 y
@FunkyMonkee I had it on DVD as well. My son "borrowed" it and I never saw it again.
- +1 y
@exitseven I, originally, found it via VHS from a rental place and copied it from those onto my own tapes but, apparently, something got screwed up a couple years later so, I asked a bass player I was training if I could borrow one of the DVD's from his set to make a copy. He loaned it to me and never took it back. I tried to get it to him but, he just didn't care! A few years latter, I bought my own set on DVD. His was the older version in release order. Mine is a newer version in fan order. They seem to think that as the Number 2 in "The General" and "A, B, & C" are they same guy, both episodes must run back to back. But, Leo McKern was Number 2 in 3 episodes and they don't put all three of his together. There were a few other changes to the running order they made, too; I prefer to run it in the original playing order.

Haven't seen that movie in forever.
I was more partial to Commando myself, but my all time favorite Stallone movie aside from Rocky, is The Running Man.
Opinion Owner+1 yI love Commando too! John Matrix and his daughter are lovely!
And I think you got a bit confused there.., Running man has Arnold not Stallone 😅- +1 y
Oops I meant to say Over the Top lmao. I do love the running man though. Good catch!

+1 yI have three favourites:
-Charles Brandon because Henry Cavill's portrayal of the character is praiseworthy. I love how he becomes more mature with age and looks great in those costumes.

-Poonam in the Hindi film Vivah because she is kind, feminine, selfless and a great role model.

-Elle Woods in Legally Blonde is a funny and interesting character. She is girly and smart at the same time. Also, similar things happened to me in college so I feel inspired.

+1 yMight be weird but it's Barney Ross from Expandebles for me
Because he went all the way back to the island and fought an army with his team just for the girl Sandra that he met briefly and expected nothing in return34 Reply- +1 y
Haven't seen that one, but it sounds good.
- +1 y
Damn, it must've been ages since I've seen that one, 'cuz I don't even remember that. Those movies are a bit overrated and over-the-top, to be honest, especially the third one. That was awful.
- +1 y
Yes it's a great movie even though a lot of people are not big fans
First 2 are really great. Loved seeing 80s action heros combine
Yeah 3rd one was very bad, they tried to bring in new guys and failed - +1 y
Loved Barney and Christmas!
Anonymous(25-29)+1 yMy man Rambo is quite popular here I see

Stallone seems to be a popular pick in general here in this topic. Lol

YES!
+1 yRambo always! It's mostly because my Dad loved those movie and watched it with me multiple times back in the day, so it's nostalgia for me. Also my dad, the day retired from the military after 32 years, spend the whole night drinking and listening to the Jerry Goldsmith's soundtrack from First Blood

@Ez-Bri-Z_v2 Dirty Harry was a classic. check out Joe Kidd sometime too. So many good movies.

Seems like something my dad would have been into. He was always into those kinds of movies. John Wayne, war movies, M. A. S. H, pretty much every weekend the TV was on with something like that.

Iron Man and cap.
What about you?19 Reply- +1 y
I actually don't watch TV, so I don't have anyone from there, but I've always been partial to Lara Croft from the Tomb Raider games. Something about being a bad ass heroine speaks to me.
- +1 y
Cool. by the way one punch man is anime
- +1 y
I love seeing women in strong powerful roles too, even though I'm a man
- +1 y
I've seen One Punch Man though I haven't seen the most recent season I don't think. I do watch some anime, even as a girl lol
@KostasKouvalis me too. I'd like to see more of it but there seems to be a push back from certain subsets of men who don't find it believable and think women should just be supporting roles for heroic men only. That's a lame line of thought if you ask me lol - +1 y
by the way there are only 2 seasons released so far.
- +1 y
Ok, I know I've seen the first season. I'll have to watch season 2 and see if I have watched it or not. It doesn't feel like I did though.
- +1 y
Okay. The second came out in 2019 I guess.
Then it got delayed for various reasons, but season 3 will be coming soon - +1 y
Manga is still going on I guess

Ok, I'll have to watch it next after I finish American Horror Story's last season- Delicate.

Such a great series of movies! Love them all. Well except maybe the last Creed movie. That one wasn't as good.

Yes.. and I think the reason is obvious.. because there's no Rocky (Stallone) in it..!
They should've known that people want to see Rocky more than any of the other new guys - +1 y
I especially love the first 4 movies soooo much! And I love the Rocky-Adrian couple too!
