What’s a guitar solo that is just perfect?

Oh, wow. Probably a dozen by the man in the pic could qualify. I'll say Blackmore's "Highway Star" solo because that was the first somehwat difficult one I learned.

I'd say Jimi Hendrix on All Along the Watchtower. But he had a lot of other amazing guitar solos.
Eric Clapton on Crossroads and White Room were perfect.
Martin Barre on Jethro Tull's Aqualung.
Skip to 3:20 for the solo.
Jimmy Page on Led Zeppelin's Stairway to Heaven. And I'd say on Communication Breakdown.
The solo begins at 1:24. It sets me on fire.
Richie Blackmore on Deep Purple's Highway Star.
There are so many more but these are a few of my favs.
Not exactly a solo, but Race With The Devil On Spanish Highway, by Al DiMeola, is rather prefect.

Don Felder and Joe Walsh on Hotel California (Eagles)
Allen Collins on Freebird (Lynyrd Skynyrd)
Joe Bonamassa on I'd Rather Go Blind
Slash the end of November Rain
Marty McFly's Johnny Be Goode solo in Back to the Future. It was perfect for the scene in the movie. Or anytime Chuck Berry played it.
Both of the solos on 'Too Many Prophets', by Anacrusis.
