Oh, wow. Probably a dozen by the man in the pic could qualify. I'll say Blackmore's "Highway Star" solo because that was the first somehwat difficult one I learned.

That was one of the very first rock songs I learned on keyboards, but I wouldn't even attempt to play the guitar solo.

That wasn't the first guitar solo I learned, but I did learn how to play Highway Star in high school. It became my signature song for a while in the three man band I was in. I did the vocals, too, and even improvised the keyboard solo.
