Did you know that nobody ever dies at Disney World?

Disney World is the happiest place on earth so dying there would just not be right. If somebody has a heart attack or an accident the paramedics are instructed to keep them alive however possible until they off the grounds. Then they can die.

There have been several deaths at Disney World. One died on Mission Space (not popular to start with and is no longer a ride). The others mostly died by doing something stupid (like climbing the Monorail track. Regardless, none of the deaths are the fault of Disney World. The kid who died on Mission Space would have died at that time, regardless of where he was.
There was also kid who died on the Matterhorn in Disney Land. He was also doing something stupid, standing up at the top of the mountain, before the descent. Regardless of the reasons, Disney investigates all deaths seriously and does everything they can to prevent them. However, we have Darwin Award contestants everywhere.

As of late October 2025, 68 deaths have been reported at Walt Disney World since it opened in 1971. The number was recently updated after three deaths were reported in a two-week period in October 2025.

Back years ago at the original Disneyland, some kids tried to sneak in by climbing over the monorail tracks. But just then the train came around the bend and being 25 ft up they had no place to go. Well, I'll just say they had to steam clean what was left of them from the undercarriage. Then there was the kid who stood up in their car on the Matterhorn ride, which is a rollercoaster. So a kid died there too. So, people DO die at Disneyland.

Or if the person does die there, they keep it very quiet and quickly remove the body. I think it is a good policy as there are many children there.

Disney’s ads never show anyone dying while in the park so, if you were to die while in the park, you could sue for false advertising.
