Good script or not, having too many boomers in the cast just makes a movie boring

For me, what really ruins a movie is lazy direction and zero visual identity 😵‍💫
I can forgive a weak script if the film has style, strong performances, or interesting camera work. But flat lighting, generic framing, and editing that feels like a commercial kill my interest instantly.

Also when characters talk like Twitter instead of real people, I mentally check out 😂

If there is any homosexuality in the movie. I know right away I'm being gas lit and that stuff doesn't belong in movies or in public. I check out a movie before to make sure it's not woke before I buy tickets. If I'm watching something on line the first time I see something like that I shut it off.

It's 100% puke inducing. I remember watching some show a few yeats back. A few episodes in one of the recurring characters just out of the blue say "my boyfriend says xyz" I don't remember what his whole line was but i remember thinking what did you just say mother fucker? I shut it off and never went back.

My biggest pet peeve is jiggle camera. I can't understand how a director can watch a scene being filmed with jiggle camera close ups where you can't see a thing and go "That's great. Nailed it!" It's shitty directing.

I also resent forced diversity. I will never watch The Odyssey, directed by Christopher Nolan. Woke culture sucks.

Like the 2016 film "Arrival" which was up for the Academy Award for Best Picture.
It WAS a great movie... until the end which undid everything. I was very upset when I left the theater and I know I am not the only man who felt that way.

I don't like movies that are unnecessarily long or have protracted battle scenes to fill time in a simple story.

There was actually a thriller I was gonna watch that sounded good, until I read that the main characters are a gay couple with adopted kids. NO THANKS.
