Which retro video game power-up would you rather have: omniscience, reality, or invincibility?

Tri-Force of Wisdom (Zelda: A Link to the Past)

The bearer has the power of Nigh-Omniscience.

In this ending, Link touched the fully assembled Tri-Force and un-did all the evil Gannon had done with his original wish. Something which might not be known, "Ocarina of Time" is a Prequel to "Link to the Past," but this is not the same "Link" it's hundreds or thousands of years later in time.

too bad this was a prank and not a real movie trailer.

Frog's Masamune Sword (Chrono Trigger)

A sword forged from a magical stone. It has the power to convert the Bearer's Dreams into Reality, although the in-game explanation is poor and sort of a secret. It also partially absorbed the power of Lavos, the game's primary planet-eating villain.

Mario's Metal Hat (Super Mario 64)

Makes you totally invincible. (My stipulation is it does not wear off.)

Tri-Force of Wisdom
Frog's Masamune
Mario's Metal Hat
