I honestly don't care too much, it's almost like putting labels has become a fad now and I kind of think a lot of people are pretending and convincing themselves they are gay and bisexual just to feel like they stand out of the crowd. There are many who are actually the above things by nature and it's totally cool we should accept them as they are than belittle them and we gotta stop wasting so much time and effort with campaigns, net wars etc, I think in 2016 we are past that phase now

I think it's unrealistic to expect people not to make assumptions about people they've just met or some complete stranger. If they make incorrect assumptions about you, that's not microaggression. They don't have any malicious intent.

Voltaire coined the term, "responsibility to offend," in order to detonate the order of submission by the plebs. Ever read Voltaire? No, it's unlawful, not illegal, and can result in a civil court dispute. Words are tricky, you have to prove they were said and meant and the State doesn't have time to prosecute for petty threats. The west is a pretty free environment, unfortunately for you and your sensitivity issues.
