In th way so that she does not feel boring or awkward or discusting?

What Should i ask her about?

Should i ask her about hobbies or family or friends or relatives or studies or fashion?

I have a question for this question. Is this unknown girl just someone you spot out in the wild (mall, social place of your choosing) or is it someone random online?

Either way i would say to just bring up something news related, ask about something that interests you that you think might interest her, and or crack a joke and let the small talk flow naturally.

I highly reccomend books, movies, sports, politics (light stuff), global events, other interests. Also, cheezy pick up lines can cause a smile on occasion. I know I think cheezy pick up lines can be adorable, and they can break the ice.

If it is someone online, it is almost always good to start off with something funny. Funny is always a good thing. As far as I know, there isn't really a perfect goofy starter for online conversations, so I usually just start with something I know my friends would laugh at.

pulling stuff from books, movies, youtube, and the weird parts of the internet can work well as material. Also whitty starters work pretty well. Once your in, Its small talk and whatever you two relate about.

Its best to relate to her first in some way.. like noticing that she is taking the same class as you, or reads a book you like... find some common ground and build up from there.

well if you can't find some common ground.. the next best thing is to ask her what she likes to do.. or any places she might have traveled to... like mentioning a place that you want to go to and ask if she has been there. that is casual and can lead to other topics of discussion without being too awkward

yes, to me it seems like she is not interested to talk.. there could be many reasons for why she doesnt. but to me that means.. i dont want to talk

Try to ask her about something that's in the moment. Hobbies and family and friends might be a bit too personal if you don't know her. If she's reading, ask her what she thinks of the book. If she's in class, ask her what she thinks of the teacher or the lecture. Ask for her opinion on something. Then you start to work your way into things like hobbies and interests.
