Any meaning beyond friendship?

i went to this bar to meet some friends and saw this girl I used to like...said hello from where I was sitting and kept on with my friends, she stood up from her seat and came to hug me and say hello...then I saw her couple of times looking at me but I ignored her all night...she then came once and touched me in the chest and left...i spoke to her few times but mostly ignored her, when I was leaving I said bye from far and she gave me this face like why aren't you saying good bye properly, I just said bye and left...do you women see any clues of something beyond friendship or is this normal behavior with friends?

i see her as a woman who likes me but's not sure if she wants to be with me, any suggestions for this? I'm just being indifferent and paying no attention to her when I see her..

Is it part of your flirting strategy to ignore her and show indifference? That can be effective, but you have to know how to use it. If that's pretty much all you do, she'll probably lose interest pretty soon. Flirt with her up close and personal...make some conversation, and as long as you're demonstrating that you're relaxed, fun, and totally comfortable with yourself, you'll increase the chances of her becoming more attracted to you.

With girls it's give and take...in the sense that you give a little attention (shows your interest), you take some of that attention away (keeps them on their toes). But you do actually have to give a little.

Sonic is very right. If you like this girl show her a little attention, she will only try to get it for so long before giving up on you.
