Simple question right here: would you rather your best friend be male or female? I personally have a female best friend and contrary to popular opinion, I can understand and relate to her better than I have with any boy. I feel like we can talk about a more diverse range of topics. I was wondering if anyone experienced something similar, or if you guys have different opinions.

I have both maybe im coser to the girl cus our families are friends too and I know the girl for more than 10 years. I've now the guy for 2 years and I have more fun than with the girls sometimes , he protects me , helps me, etc so I choosed guy.
