My friend constantly puts herself down all the time. She always does this to get attention from people and for everyone to say nice things to her.
I don't know why she does this all the time, it's like she feeds off of people's kind words. I keep telling her to stop doing that because she needs to be more confident in herself and not depend on other people's compliments.
She doesn't listen and continues to do it. People I know are starting to get annoyed with it. She also does this when people don't pay attention to her.
What should I do? Should I still tell her to stop doing? Should i not say anything and tolerate it? Am I just overeacting about this?
