Can I send my dad and his family to jail for abusing me when I was little?

I am from the UK and currently 22 but I have CAMHS and school records to prove abuse. Can I report them and get them in jail? Can I have their kids taken away?

I am unfamiliar with UK law but it should still be possible depending on the specific abuse committed. In most jurisdictions there are more than one level or category of abuse and each comes with it's own set of penalties and often their own statute of limitations. I would suggest you contact your local law enforcement agency and ask them about this. I would say most likely you can do that. If it was something like physical assault, hitting or beating you that might have a completely different set of laws than if they were sexually abusing you. The evidence you have is important. Children often seek out legal remedy for this when they get older and then make accusations and it becomes a He-said-she-said scenario where proof does not exist and the crime becomes difficult to prosecute. That is why your evidence is important. Also ask other members of your family if they were also abused. You may already know someone who was. There is strength in numbers in a court of law. If you find two others were also abused and the three of you get together then you will almost certainly win your case. Find out if you can sue for compensation. I don't know if you can do that in the UK but in the US and some other places you can sue your abuser for compensation and that can often be easier than prosecuting for a crime. Standards of evidence are usually lower in civil trials than in criminal trials. You might not get them into a jail but you could end up getting a house or car or some other thing out of the deal.

Yes you can, there are specific process to follow.
there is a step in the process that separates out mental and physical abuse. The main bit is if anyone else is currently at risk now from the same person

Confront a lawyer first about how to deal with this first. Because this will definitely go to court. And yes, I would do the same if I were you.

I would probably say yes. I don't know about jail but it's possible. I would consult with a lawyer and go over the specifics with them. Lots of lawyer offices do free consultations.
