Nope, Hoard your good stuff like a dragon hoards gold and maidens... I used to work at a thrift store and got a pretty fair stash of swanky duds... like, to the point I was wearing nothing but Ralph Lauren PJs around the house even... Wasn't even paying retail $$$, pennies on the dollar, but still if you think I'd loan out my TrueReligion jeans or my Armani suit with the Luis Viton silk tie or my Calvin Klein coat or even my Carhart jacket and don't even get me started on footwear and high quality linens... yeah, somebody wanted me to loan it out, not happening... they can buy their own... from me even but nope nope nope. You are not being a bad friend , you are not being selfish , your " friends " have not kept up their part of the deal.
No. Dude, those are YOUR clothes not theirs. Tell them to go save up and buy expensive clothes if they want, why would you want to risk getting your expensive/ well taken care of clothes dirty or damaged? You probably worked extra for them or maybe you didn’t still it’s your stuff so hoard them.
No, they are the bad friends for not returning your things and not looking after them properly.
They are yours and you have every right to say no if you want.

No I don't lend out my clothes. I can give them away if I am done with them and they are still usable.
