What would you do if your mom butts in your relationship?

So I told my mom not to text my boyfriend about our problems or issues we have. I told her she doesn't have to be a mediator for things or try to explain. It's between me and him and she automatically thought I that I was thinking her and my boyfriend saw each other in a sexual way. I'm like NO just stay out of my relationship issues she doesn't do that with my brother and his wife.

Why did you tell your mom about problems in the relationship? What good can possibly come from that?

I didn't tell her she just over heard me on the phone about it and it wasn't even a big deal.
