Touching the Void, my favourite documentary about two young climbers who, hit a bit of a snag on the way, is on YouTube. 8.1 on IMDB and well worth a watch.

Revelations of The Pyramids - I like how it presents the research, presents new/interesting ideas that make you think. I also like the background music.
And Journey To The Edge Of The Universe - I really like how it makes you get the, "big picture" of how big the universe is and how amazing it is.
