The father of my father. GRANDFATHER!! That's the word... I only have a picture of him. My father looks a lot like his father as far as looks go. But what intruiges me about this man is his soul, how was he? How was he as a person? As a man?
My father has such a warm heart. Rare unconditional love towards me. If I wronged him in some way, he would forgive me, he would smile like nothing happened. He is the kind of person who mentions his problem and then it is over. That can be just a moment, not even an hour. He holds no grudges like that. He just forgives. I would feel miserable for weeks if I let him down even though he is good 30 minutes after the scolding. I look up to him.
And that is why I want to meet my grandfather. How great and wonderful of a man must he have been to bring such a wonderful father on this Earth? My eyes are getting watery now just thinking about it. I want to talk to him, but I can't. My father isn't a good story teller, he is as vague as movie characters in a horror movie. I can't get any information on my grandfather of who he was. I miss someone I have never met before. Who was the hero of my hero? 🥺

My aunt. Just because I miss her and feel like I didn’t get a chance to say goodbye to her.
My father. He died very suddenly and we left a lot unsaid. We did not speak much for a while mostly because we were both busy but he was about to retire and I was about to become unemployed so we had plans to do some stuff together. We never got the chance. He never lived to see me have a new career and he never saw how great my kids turned out.
1) My mom.
2) My great, great, great paternal grandfather who brought his wife and 8 children to the U. S. from Ireland in 1850.
3) My paternal grandfather. He was quite a character but I was too young to get to know him very well.
4) My maternal grandparents. I loved them very much and would like to have adult conversations with them.

In 1707-1774 there has been an ''Andreas'' who is said to have been my ancestor (and name-giver). I have a few questions to ask him.
Mainly, because I can't find him in historic records - he's said to have lead a fortress in Rhineland area. So I wonder if ''my history'' is a fake?No question, my father. Because I'm the youngest in my family and when my father passed away I felt it incumbent to look after my mom and older sisters (not that they need it 😁). I know my dad wouldn't put this on me. But I would just like his approval that I didn't let any harm come to them. I know this sounds silly in a modern sense.
My Dad's mum never got to meet her, passed away at like 57 which was far before I was born... I always heard she was a kind hearted soul with full of love.
