Im also little bit shy but honestly I just see no effing reason for interactions, my lifestyle is completely self absorbed

No. You're just emotionally unavailable. You want what you want but you really don't want to put forth any effort to achieve those wants.

Seriously? Sounds like a defense mechanism to me. It's human to want human interaction. It's also completely normal when you've been let down repeatedly by people to retreat into yourself. But It's not healthy to stay there.
