Parents going crazy over not doing chores?

They said we were having guests over on Sunday. I thought they would leave. It's Monday morning and they're still here. A couple and their 13 year old daughter. I'm waiting for my interview results and trying to deal with burn out. I have undiagnosed ADHD.

I told them I'm not going outside anywhere in the heat. They want me to take the little girl out and buy groceries and what not. There's a delivery service that gets you stuff pretty soon and my parents absolutely do NOT want to use it.

Now my dad is threatening physical assault and turning over my laptop table and trying to over turn my bed. Jumping up and down. The way my mother is screaming at me, you would think I had gambled away the family fortune. She said that you keep asking why I gave birth to you? See how I'm going to kill you.
I have pcos, hypothyroidism and I struggle to lose weight and I have constant physical pain and anxiety.
They do not care about my mental health when I try to get help.

They hate that I'm in the house just eating and sleeping, according to them. I can't string two thoughts together and I'm exhausted when I leave the house - but they think it's all a farce.

Honestly as someone who was in a similar state of mind a few years back, you're just whining to me. Get yourself diagnosed. Get fitter, take medicine. Do what you can to fix your issues and yeah get those groceries.

I'm trying to move out. I have had interviews with two companies and they're taking their time getting back to me. I guess I just need someone to tell me everything is going to be okay. That I'm in the clear and nothing is wrong with me.

Also you seem to be desensitized to the screaming and physical assault part that I mentioned. Maybe your own upbringing had less than kind parents to make you focus only on the issue and not the clear signs of abuse happening. I would encourage you to go to therapy if you aren't already. You do realise that getting work done, and getting essentials can be done with help?
