How tall would the kid be?

ok so i have a genetic question.

So i’m 6’2, if i were to have a kid with a girl who’s 5’3 how tall would the kid grow to be? And also, another hypothetical, what if instead i had a kid with a girl who’s 6’1 how tall would the kid be?

i assume that the kid would more likely be taller with 2 parents over 6 ft than one parent being 6’2 and the other 5’3 but i want to know if they would have a kid that would be tall too. i’m currently assuming that it wouldn’t be the case but then i think about my parents, they’re both 5’9 and i ended up 6’2 and my older brother is 6’1

so how tall would the hypothetical kid grow?

Well, first of all it would depend whether the kid would be a girl or a boy. With the same genetical material, boys will be taller by about 10-15 cm due to differences in hormones.

So her being 5'3 would approximate to men size of 5'7 and with you being 6'2, your kid is boy could be around 6'0 while girl could be around 5'6 but it also depends on environment and what the kids draws from the genetic lottery.
