How would you handle being in my situation?

So my cousin was visiting us for a birthday party and was hanging out with his friend, he's known to be a little bit eccentric and a trouble maker when he was younger, so the family was a bit weary of them drinking together and getting up to mischief.

we all though it would blow up if they continued drinking so my folks told them to go hangout outside to prevent them from breaking anything while rough housing or starting arguments.
later on they were just in the car together playing loud rock and metal music. I was told to go tell them to turn it down , but I figured id just join them instead.. but yeah then it got really awkward when I saw them just jamming to music and full on making out like really passionately! had no idea he liked other guys that way so it was surprising

I didn't know what to do so I just backed away from them and returned inside and closed the doors so the music wouldn't be as loud. didn't tell anyone cause I wanna keep the peace. maybe like 20 minutes later they came inside to eat and the whole time my cousin was sitting there with a stupid grin on his face but only I knew why.. Lol

He's awesome but think people always expect the worst from him, because of some stupid stuff he did when he was younger.
