He is not. His father is. We had all the discussions when he asked why he looks diff. from daddy, after I explained, he understands why and he is cool with not circumcised.
Honestly I’m neither for Nora against it I wouldn’t get my child‘s circumcised cause I don’t think it really matters I understand why Jews do it It’s not like you’re cutting off the entire penis you’re just coming off the foreskin. Course I never had to go through this pain so I’m pretty neutral on the subject
Ever had to put a catheter on an uncircumcised elderly patient? My wife an RN has and let's just say am uncircumcised penis becomes a snapping turtle with turtleneck sweater. You have to unfold the sweater to put the catheter in and f you don't put it back it causes a nasty mess.
I have one son and we didn't get him circumcised. We feel it's wrong to amputate health erogenous tissue, perminantly altering the sexual function of a minor who can't possibly consent.
I did. Mainly as OH is from South America where it's normal practice, so she was very keen. I had had to get one as an adult for medical reasons. Maybe if I hadn't I would have fought her a bit more on it, but it's been a bit of a complicated situation
Probably would have at the time but after reading more about it through the years maybe I would not but it’s very common in the USA to do. I never had boys though, kept having girls, three at once so I never had to make that decision
I have two and both are circumcised. Had it done on a follow up visit to the doctor a few days after leaving the hospital. It is a two piece ring. one piece goes over the penis under the foreskin and the second piece snaps on over the foreskin. It cuts the blood flow and after a few days it falls off and they never feel a thing. That is how theirs was done, no cutting...
nope they use a topical cream to numb the area first. at least my sons did not cry at all. but that slap on their butts must have hurt since it made the cry loudly... lol
Newborns actually won't cry if they are in pain. They tend to go into shock with real pain and will be quiet. They use crying more to seek attention or cause they are hungry. After a few months this changes and they will cry if in pain.
I really don’t know what I would have done! The upside of having it done at birth. Would be if he would need to have it done later in life. The pain wouldn’t be remembered at birth. I worked with a guy that had to have it done. It wasn’t very pleasant!
its been proven on brain scans that it causes trauma to the brain. So you prob have trauma and don't know about it cause you've lived with it since day one
Of course not. Circumcision of a baby without valid medical justification for it should be a crime, and it is in many countries. It's a choice a man should make for himself when he is old enough to understand the implications.
Yes and did. It is much easier to do when they are first born. It will be much more painful / difficult to do at a later stage in life it it is desired or needed. Additional info: https://modernfertility.com/blog/circumcision/

Nope. The skin is there for a reason. It prevents the senstive inner organ. It also keeps it sensitive. Those who say otherwise are just unhygienic.

I wouldn't. I'd leave it up to him if he wants it or not.
Yeah but if u wait until he’s 18 it’s harder
@JohnK123 He doesn't have to get it because it's his choice. I say this because some people decide to get it.
Ya it’s just harder as u get older
@JohnK123 Oh ok.
Absolutely not. It is unfair of either parent to make that choice for a child, and it is especially heinous for a mother to do it.
No, I would never do something like that to my son. It's cruel and it makes no difference whether he's circumcised or not.
No, I live in Europe, circumcision is not popular here.
Only Muslims, Jews, and Americans circumcise their sons.
I think it's better to let them decide when they are old enough. I'd leave it intact.
I'm an uncut American guy. My father is cut. I asked my parents about it years ago and thet only told me that they didn't trust the doctors to cut me.
I did. Mainly as OH is from South America where it's normal practice, so she was very keen. I had had to get one as an adult for medical reasons. Maybe if I hadn't I would have fought her a bit more on it, but it's been a bit of a complicated situation

It's barbaric and should be illegal. Child abuse and a violation of basic human rights.
Someone made a confuses face but didn't have the courage to stand up for cutting baby's genitals off. Weird
It's only this weird WESTERN fetish for mutilating boys.
They're indirectly influenced with the Abrahamic Bullshiit religious beliefs.

They still feel pain with the ring being placed they have to rip at the skin to get it on

It took till the 80s for doctors to stop doing open heart surgery on awake newborns since they didn't cry the thought it was fine
No I would not circumcise my baby boy he will remain intact

Wrong about pain at birth. Our unconscious stores traumas from even before we exit the womb. It's infinitely worse when done at birth.
@Guy__ Really? I don’t remember mine that was done at birth!
You sure would under hypnosis.
And your traumas if undealt with, control your fate. Because 90% of what you do is done subconsciously.
its been proven on brain scans that it causes trauma to the brain. So you prob have trauma and don't know about it cause you've lived with it since day one
@Guy__ If you say so. But I disagree.
@Apple1996. Won’t argue this with you. I suppose some guys could use that an excuse for doing stupid $hit!
There is a meme talking about how all school shooters are circumcised lol
While I don't think it's a excuse I def laughed so hard when I seen that

Nope not really, unless the doctor said it's medically necessary
