Personally I think it's child abuse and mutilation so I didn't do that to my boys. But I'm just curious what other people would do and why?

I told my wife if we had a son she needed to let me know if I needed to get a legal injunction from a court against circumcision or she could sign that she agreed not to. We ended up having two girls so it was a non issue. This is an example of the different standards society has for boys vs girls. It’s a hate crime/crime against humanity fir girls but it’s fine to hack off the end of a newborn boys genitals. Double standard much?
Yes definitely a double standard. I feel the same if it's wrong to do that to girls then it's just as wrong to do it to boys. Leave all the babies genitals alone when they are born
Would you have your daughter's labia cut off? Because that's exactly the equivalent. I never understood why people are so nonchalant about chopping off their boy's foreskin but would flip out about an infant labiaplasty. I think they are equally wrong for a parent to do to their infant.

Absolutely not! If he wants to get circumcised, then he is completely free to make that choice for himself when he becomes an adult, if he wants it so badly!
It’s amazing (and SAD) how The USA, Europe, the G7, The World Health Organization and the UN have ALL come out against female circumcision and declared it a violation of human rights! Yet male circumcision which is done so the boy ”will look more like other American boys” (and to prevent masturbating, just like with female circumcision)! Yet look how the world organizes whole institutions, NGO’s, and entire countries to ban female circumcision (or Female Genital Mutilation “FGM”, as it’s more often called) versus the way Male genital mutation, which gets only a ragtag group of what have often been referred to as “weirdos” and “crazies, protesting the nonconsensual mutilation of their OWN penises, as well as the mutilation of the penises hundreds of thousands of innocent baby boy’s every year, are treated! Seriously, just look at the contrast between how baby boys, and baby girls are treated Worldwide! Also, It’s a billion dollar industry in the United States, and it needs to stop

Men are second class citizens in the west
@PatriceONeal Let’s not go that far, men still run 96.4% of Fortune 500 companies, of the U. S. population 51% are women, yet only 24% of senators are female and 27.9% of U. S. Representatives, and The U. S. is the only western nation to NEVER have a female president! I agree men have it bad at the moment, but that pendulum will swing back, it always does, and I refuse to refer to the gender that runs almost everything as 2nd class citizens. The Chinese Uyghurs are second class citizens, Jews during the Holocaust were 2nd class citizens, and U. S. Citizens of Japanese descent during WWII were 2nd class citizens, and Blacks during the Jim Crow South were 2nd class citizens… So yes I agree that there are some issues in the west, mostly affecting boys MUCH younger than you, but let’s not pretend that MEN in the west today are the same as Uyghurs in modern day China, Jews in WWII Germany, Japanese Americans during WWII, or blacks in the Jim Crow South! There are few things in conversation that bother me more than hyperbolic exaggeration. I already agree with you that men get a VERY raw deal in divorce courts, and on college campuses if they are falsely accused of sexual impropriety. Let’s not go overboard.
You've gone overboard with feminism. And men are second class citizens. It's not not hyperbole. Slavery, jew in 1940s Germany weren't second class citizens. They were considered to be less than human, not deserving of inalienable rights. Much different than second class. It's funny you ladies stopped mentioning stem field a while ago becuase it stands against your premise that women are being held back by anything besides their own ambition.
@PatriceONeal Oh, whatever your name is (I know it’s not Patrice O’Neal, because he’s unfortunately dead) but, when you are talking to someone who lost her entire family during the Holocaust except for ONE person (my great great grandmother) understand that they might know a tad more than you on that subject. Most of the Jews executed in the camps were German citizens. Citizens who, yes, were considered less than human, but they were full citizens none-the-less, thus the 2nd class citizen moniker. Just like blacks in the Jim Crow South were full U. S. citizens, yet they were treated (by many) as less than human… thus the second class citizen moniker. As were Americans of Japanese descent during WWII, and the same with the Chinese Uyghurs today ! Full citizens of their respective yet ALL treated like second class citizens. Maybe it’s my fault? Maybe I mentioned second class citizens when you don’t understand what a second class citizen is? There’s no shame in that, nobody can know everything, right? As far as STEM… who mentioned STEM? I know I didn’t, I also know I almost never talk about STEM fields because I am going for my doctorate in clinical psychology, and that is NOT a stem field…. Maybe you could help me out by telling me about some rights that women have that men do NOT have? Give me well source examples of ways in which men are second class citizens in the United States today? And remember, the definition of “ Second class citizen “ per Miriam-Webster, is “a person who does not have ALL the rights that other citizens have”.
You've lost the plot. Your argument is that men aren't being gassed so therefor aren't second class citizens. Besides being put to death what makes us different?
Second class citizen “ per Miriam-Webster, is “a person who does not have ALL the rights that other citizens have”.
Men don't have all the rights women do. Thanks for making it abundantly clear that I'm right.
@PatriceONeal okay your a troll! Time to hit ignore! You know what NO! Let’s take Jews out of this! Ok? Forget Jews okay… NOW, Give me well source examples of ways in which men are second class citizens in the United States today? And remember, the definition of “ Second class citizen “ per Miriam-Webster, is “a person who does not have ALL the rights that other citizens have”. So what rights do women have that men do not have… ACTUAL RIGHTS!
Okay YOU brought up jews. You haven't answered my questions but feel entitled I answer yours, while you shout at me that I'm a troll. You're 19.. you need yo relax. It's you women constantly claiming to not have rights or equal pay so the burden of proof is on you yet you never have anything to show for it. But since I'm the adult and a man I must oblige you.
You have the right to falsely accuse rape without fear of consequence. You have the right to leniency in sentencing on all crimes. You have the right to be treated with respect and not be assumed to be a rapist or misogynist. You have the right to raise your own children and up until now you had the right to murder that child inside yourself if you so choose. You have the right to a man's money if you choose to use your right to divorce him free of consequences, again. You're free to be completely emotionally hijacked and not labeled creepy or crazy. You have the right to choose your sexual partners and a right to courship fpr the sole reason of having a vagina and often you choose wrong mates. You have the right to have all this and go on the internet and spread more hate and lies to further your grasp of power and never be shamed by society for it. You have the right to be a career woman, given more opportunity in education and job mobility, sleep around and use men like stepping stones and never take responsibility and are openly celebrated in society for making bad decisions.

@PatriceONeal
1) There is NO right to make false accusations, making false accusations it is a crime, not a right!
2) While women often receive lower sentences in court, again THAT is NOT a RIGHT! Just unfair judges
3) Since the landmark 1979 Supreme Court decision which made alimony gender neutral, in divorce whomever earns more pays alimony in the few remaining states that even have it. As women are earning more than their husbands, the WOMEN are now paying alimony https://www.instyle.com/news/women-paying-alimony
4) Father’s cannot get custody of their children! Thanks toUniform Child Custody Enforcement Act (UCCEA) adopted by all 50 states, prevents a mother moving with the child to a state “thought to more favorable to female parents” Also, all 50 states are required to look at “The best needs of the child” and NOT automatically award custody to the Mother. Also, fathers can request a Guardian Ad Litem, to be the child's attorney in court throughout all procedures while once back before the 1960s fathers always got custody of their children, by the ‘70s that switched to the mother. Today, a judge must look at the case neutrally. Ergo, women no longer have an automatic right to custody www.floridalegaladvice.com/blog/child-custody/

5) you wrote “ You have the right to be treated with respect and not be assumed to be a rapist or misogynist” I’m going to need a statue for that right (or a specific case if it went before the Supreme Court) And I COULD retort with “Well You have the “right” to not GET RAPED! But That’s a stupid argument, as have all of your arguments, because NONE of them are actual RIGHTS!
6) You wrote “ You have the right to a man's money if you choose to use your right to divorce him free of consequences, again. You're free to be completely emotionally hijacked and not labeled creepy or crazy.” Again, I need an amendment # or a Supreme Court case if you are trying to assert that this is a LAWFUL RIGHT!
7). Then you go on incoherently about VAGINAS’ “You have the right to choose your sexual partners and a right to courship fpr the sole reason of having a vagina” again, Show me where in the law, the constitution, or ANY Supreme Court decision that gives women the right to do anything with our vaginas that men cannot do? This ENTIRE bitch-fest (so called because there is nothing REMOTELY resembling an argument in anything you submitted!)
8) You wrote “You have the right to have all this and go on the internet and spread more hate and lies to further your grasp of power and never be shamed by society for it.” REALLY? I believe a woman named Amber Heard would VERY MUCH Disagree w/ You on THAT BS claim, and Again, I’ll need either a Supreme Court case, or a constitutional law!!! That grants women the right to Defame their exes on public Internet forums! Again, see Depp v. Heard!
9) You have the right to … sleep around and use men like stepping stones and never take responsibility and are openly celebrated in society for making bad decisions. Again, legal citations please!
There's no law preventing women from falsely accusing rape.
You require a notarized legal form to tell you the way the world really works? You just wrote a whole book to argue semantics.
ShOw mE the Supreme CoUrT RuLinG!!😭😭
You argue from from authority or "appeal to authority" that is your logical fallacy.
Becuase the law doesn't declare it a right means it isn't real?
Little girl you're 19 years old and know nothing about reality. You keep bitching and moaning about show me the legal documents. Like please shuruo already, stop trying to move the goalposts to the state mandated legislation. Its compeltely asinine.
Amber Heard is anecdotal evidence. The ruling wasn't even accepted by the majority of your feminist sisters. I don't know how you can think her ruling is indicative of the norm. Did she learn? No. Did her followers? No.
But the law ruled against her!!(you)
That doesn't make it any less rare. Johnny only won becuase of an insurmountable amount if evidence, and again she didn't learn a thing, she double down like usual. Like all you women do. You're 19 and you're brains not even done developing yet you have these entitlements like some type of ego maniac.
Please post more arbitrary links and stature request forms while we talk about reality you cook.
Keep asking for citations... I can't make you go outside and see the world for how it really is. You don't need big daddy government to tell you everything you know... They might have an agenda beyond your scope.
You believe the wage gap myth too?
Women would pay alimony of they ever had children with men who make less than them. Which doesn't happen. Did you need me to look up the statute number for you court clerk? Like, jesus lady you must not ever go outside..
@PatriceONeal No, I do not be liege the wage gap myth, you dumb fuck, because I AM NOT A FEMINIST! (At least not a radical Man-hating 3rd wave feminist! If anything, I identify more as a 2nd wave feminist… which is completely different!) the wage gap myth has been debunked years ago! They just took the average lifetime income of all men, and the lifetime income of all women, and averaged them without taking into account the fact that women work less hours, they take more time off, and women tend to work far less dangerous jobs that pay less, or they get degrees in lower paying fields!
When adjusted for career field and hours worked, the gap completely disappeared!
@PatriceONeal There is NO law preventing anyone fro making a false police report of rape?
I’m MY state, Fl § 817.49 (1)(2)
817.49 False reports of commission of crimes; penalty.—
(1) Except as provided in subsection (2), whoever willfully imparts, conveys, or causes to be imparted or conveyed to a law enforcement officer or employee of a public safety agency false information or reports concerning the alleged commission of any crime under the laws of this state, knowing such information or report to be false, when no such crime has actually been committed, commits a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
(2)(a) As used in this section, the term “public safety agency” means a law enforcement agency, professional or volunteer fire department, emergency medical service, ambulance service, or other public entity that dispatches or provides first responder services to respond to crimes, to assist victims of crimes, or to apprehend offenders.
@PatriceONeal You wrote “Women would pay alimony of they ever had children with men who make less than them. Which doesn't happen. Did you need me to look up the statute number for you court clerk? Like, jesus lady you must not ever go outside..
first you are confusing alimony that goes to an ex-spouse even if you don’t have children, with CHILD SUPPORT which goes to support YOUR children, and is paid equally by women whose ex husband has custody of the kids! I’m all for abolishing alimony! But If you are against paying child support, then you can just go to hell you deadbeat farther POS!
As for ACTUAL alimony (not child support) this comes from: azemikalaw.com/can-a-woman-pay-a-man-alimony/
Alimony payments are determined based on each spouse’s financial situation. This means that in many divorce cases, the man could be financially worse off than his ex-wife, and therefore he would be eligible to request spousal or partner support payments.
Alimony is designed to make both parties’ financial situations more equitable after a divorce. If one spouse earns a great deal more than the other, the lesser earning spouse may request alimony payments to help them financially after the divorce.
At one time, men were primarily considered the breadwinners in most families. However, today many women earn more than their husbands, and in the case of a divorce, they may find that their ex-husbands are eligible to request alimony.
***PLEASE NOTE***
THIS IS THE LAST I WILL DEBATE YOU ON THIS… I’m done arguing with you over this. Mostly because in a battle of wits, you are completely unarmed! DGMW, I’m not surprised that some MRA/MGTOW incel has no wits about him, but I am surprised YOU are this stupid! I’ve spoken with you before, and whether I agreed with you or not, I always at least respected you and your intelligence… Not anymore! So when I refuse to answer your next insulting screed, understand that it’s because I am just done arguing with someone with an IQ lower than room temperature, NOT because “You Won” (but feel free to think that if it helps you cope!)
I don't care what you spoiled, poisonous, childish, self-loathing American c*nts think. You are a disengenous person arguing with semantics and you disgust me. Lmao. I didn't think you were actually going to rehash you're literaral argument but you did. Shocker. A woman completely misunderstanding the segment becuase she is emotionally hijacked. You are so fking toxic and are exactly why women like you never find love. You're unlovable and a pos individual.
When I was younger and more fertile, I'd have said that I would let my husband choose or the father of the baby to choose. I think I'd still do that to be honest, but seeing as how the older I get, the less and less realistic I think it is for me to find anyone that I might just be a single mom using IVF or AI or something, well...
Maybe I'd still do it? Or maybe I'd ASK guys how they felt about a decision that their parents made for them? I mean, it's a very personal question though so lol...
Oh I just read your second sentence regarding it. I think the genitals heal pretty well but hmmm...
I also don't want him (if I ended up not circumsizing him) to feel left out if all his friends or classmates were? I mean, you know how kids are at school! Maybe I wouldn't either but I'd also have to help my son have better self worth and to not let any bullies get to him! Kids can be cruel like they say and well, making fun of someone different in terms of that MIGHT happen, hopefully not!
Most boys now a days are left intact. Circumcised boys will be the ones being made fun of in the future
😞 Making fun of anyone for anything isn't good! But ya, I get what you're saying.
Def not good to make fun of anyone but that's just how kids are especially boys
Yeah because they often don't know any better. That is why we have adults that HOPEFULLY can instill kinder, more moral values in them.
In highschool most of the guys were cut and made fun of intact guys calling them gross etc. Myself included. Caused a lot of doubt and insecurity at that age.
No. It is simply a cosmetic and unnecessary procedure. It is a load of bullshit to say it is healthier and is cleaner. Those that say that are too scared to teach their kids how to clean themselves. Like, I think most women know to wipe from front to back.
I agree it's not that much to even clean so ridiculous to cut off skin over it
Agreed
YES in my book. My husband is circumcised and I have always known what it met but had never seen the difference until my husband of at that time of about three months showed me a video of an uncircumcised man and it grew into an erection and I thought OMG it looks like just a tube and a large snake starts to crawl out of it. It actually grossed me out and I about threw up so YES! I would have my son circumcised and I have read that if they don't wash the inside of the foreskin properly, it could get infected. I could NEVER see doing oral on one of those things.
I think uncut ones looks sexy especially when being jerked or during a handjob. Much more natural in my opinion not like a snake at l
What? Threw up? I think uncut is hot too.
@annabananna I'm sorry, it just looked gross to me.
What an awful viewpoint. Not your body to choose what happens to it
We have a little boy, and there's no way on this earth that we shall be mutilating his genitalia.
However, whatever he might choose to do later in life will be his decision, and his decision alone.
No I would like to give my child the choice, it's technically a choice you take away from them if you do, let's not mention I have also heard from people that they regret getting circumcised because the pleasure is different so personally I'd let them choose, the foreskin is a form of protection to the head of the penis anyways so if it's not broken, don't fix it type of shit you know lol
No. I'm happy with my foreskin and I don't see any good reason to have it removed, unless there is any medical indication. So I wouldn't want to do this to my child. If he wants to get rid of his foreskin, he can make that decision by himself once he's an adult.
No I wouldn’t. I think it’s fucked up to mutilate an infants genitals just because it “looks better”
if you’re worried about your kids sex life and whether or not people will find his penis attractive, you’re kinda weird to think about that…
Imagine if we gave baby girls labiaplasty (or however it’s spelled) to make their vaginas more appealing. I think feminists would have an absolute fit.
I think that’s something a man should decide himself when he’s older
Hell no. I was circumcised at birth and I wish I wasn't, but the choice was made for me by my mother.
I don't resent her for it because she didn't know any better. But there is no excuse for it today because we all should know better.
I personally think no one should make that choice for a boy. He should make it himself when he's older. But I think it's disgusting that single mothers can still legally make that decision for a baby boy.
I totally agree people today should know better. We can do our own research on these things before having a baby compared to back then parents only knew what doctors told them
I have 2 sons and no, neither of them are circumcised. Partly because of it not being a thing in my country, almost nobody gets their kids circumcised here, and partly because I absolutely agree with you that it’s abuse and mutilation. It’s a sick thing to do and shouldn’t even be legal (except if there is a medical reason obviously) in my opinion.
Unless there was some rare medical reason then I wouldn't. There's really no purpose to it in the overwhelming majority of cases. It's really just culturally encouraged mutilation. It's considered normal just because it's so widespread but if you actually apply any critical thinking it really is a bizarre practice.
Still mutilating our children's genitals in year 2022? People in society have a fashionable hatred for religion, mainly Christianity, YET are fine honoring this religious tradition of taking a sharp object to to their newborn children. I'll never understand my species.
I'll start with that circumcision is NOT common in the UK,
Unless it is for religious reasons, or a medical need as there is NO cash incentive for doctors to do it here in the UK,
Unlike in the US were doctors are paid for each foreskin they remove by BigPharma companies.
No. It’s a pointless procedure. Where I’m from nobody gets circumcised, and we don’t get infections or anything like that. Americans are so fucking retarded it’s unreal.
So many retards here you don't even know lol
Notice it's mostly women pushing for more male mutilation
@PatriceONeal
Yeah. Women are the most likely to blindly trust authority figures, and they’ve been told that circumcision prevents infection. Never mind that nobody but Jews or Muslims circumcise in Europe and we’re all absolutely fine, doesn’t matter to them, in their minds their doctor who gets paid to promote circumcisions said it so it must be true.
Big true. Women defer to authority frighteningly too often.
I could slap some conspiracy theories here. For real. It's worse than just mutilating.
Definitely is worse then people make it out to seem. It is super painful especially for babies when they are so senstive and new to the world
Not spiritual in my opinion just people shouldn't mess with newborns
Even if the Hebrew god did command creepy old men to cut babies genitals it’s still not right.
@Sixgunsound Jewish circumcisions are apparently only suppose to be a drop of blood from the penis just over time they changed to cutting it all off
@Sixgunsound it is creepy that they suck the blood after tho religion is just weird
The real weird religion is when people become transgender to look more androgynous, which is meant to unify the male and female in one person. Why do people call Justine Trudeau "the king of soyboys", big mike and Barry Obama are obvious and admitted. Donald the big orange girl and his husband melan...

The funniest part of all is his response to her third question, https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=LNAwUxZ5nfw
I will, from my understanding its less likely to to have infections and the like
The baby will not remmber it, unlike an adult that will
It seem completely pointless to me for them to keep it, its just going to add issues later, obvesily the partner gets there say as well
@MrOracle Ya... noooo...
What are the most important facts to know about the labia minora?
"The labia minora are the two inner skin folds that surround the opening of the vagina. Their main function is to protect the vaginal and urethral openings from mechanical irritation, dryness, and infections. They also contribute to the lubrication and sexual stimulation of the vestibule and clitoris during vaginal intercourse."
Source: www.osmosis.org/.../labia-minora
One helps to avoid infection the other can create infections.. so...
And to balance:
"There is some evidence that circumcision has health benefits, including:
Less risk of urinary tract infections
A reduced risk of some sexually transmitted diseases in men
Protection against penile cancer and a lower risk of cervical cancer in female sex partners
Prevention of balanitis (inflammation of the glans) and balanoposthitis (inflammation of the glans and foreskin)
Prevention of phimosis (the inability to retract the foreskin) and paraphimosis (the inability to return the foreskin to its original location)
Circumcision also makes it easier to keep the end of the penis clean."
Source: www.webmd.com/.../circumcision
There is also down side for it:
"Like any other surgical procedure, there are risks in getting circumcision. But this risk is low. Problems linked to circumcision include:
Pain
Risk of bleeding and infection at the site of the circumcision
Irritation of the glans
Higher chance of meatitis (inflammation of the opening of the penis)
Risk of injury to the penis"
Where I live there is some real experts on the matter so I believe should be fine about it without any real risk
So ya.. its not the same
It absolutely IS the same! You are literally deciding to chop of parts that everyone are born with - parts that are natural. And all of this because of a doctor in the 1950s - who was hyper-religious and used his position as a doctor to promote his religious ideas - literally invented justification for circumcision because (as he was later forced to admit) he believed that it would prevent or at least reduce male masturbation - a common belief among certain religions at the time.
The only reason doctors still support it today is because they make money and because they're terrified of being seen as going against a religious belief.
@MrOracle So.. we are just going to ignore the dead people that got infected and all that? cool
And no its not the same as shown just above in the links of medical related stuff
Your point was that "self-esteem issues" I am not talking about something like that, if that was the case I will have agreed leave it, but this is risky the kid for... what?
The risk is mostly if the surgent dose something bad, if you get an expert its only benfit
Cutting the labia on the other hand is not
The history of it.. honestly don't matter, give facts on why its better to leave it, what good dose it do to leave it over cutting it? I did the other side... so please be as respectful and give me facts over giving me history and compresence that are mostly silly
By the way I also I am pro injections (not natural) and food (not natural) I am also a fan of living in a house (not natural) and using electric power and devices (not natural)
Yes, there's clearly an epidemic of people dying due to foreskin infections. The bodies are piling up like cordwood. *rolleyes*
How is it that all over the world, 6/7 of the world manages to raise boys without their dicks falling off and without circumcision, but we won't take that chance in the US? Are you hearing yourself?
@MrOracle Are you hearing your self?
What is the advantage to leave someone with it? because.. its natural? is that all you got?
You can lower the risk, and sure you will not hear about it much, as ya... not everyone gets it, some likely do, but you will not hear it, because that is not much of a story is it now?
Regardless I will do it, you will not, hopefully both be alright
I don't know what you prefer or not prefer to take and you do you, but if I ever have a kid ill want the best for them, health and so on, more then having a completely useless part on there body that is just making it more likely for them to have an infection... and that is more or less it
If we still live in the forest naked.. sure may have been useful.. but that not the case of our lives so that part of the skin is absolutely useless now and is adding more issues then any good over all
I mean.. do you have any good for it? because so far the only thing you seem to say is "Its natural" that is not much of proving much of anything I believe, I mean cancer is natural as well.. should we let that grow then? better not stop natural things right?
@MrOracle she's Isreali bro. Its the birthplace of baby genital slicing. I like isreal, fuck palatine and all, but this is just such a bad take @Red-Blaze
Jews do this to stem sexual pleasure in males. Control.
@ghostuser82 can you give any advantages to keep it? can you show me reasons medical to cut the liba?
I researched before replying seeing maybe I was wrong, I yet to find something giving an advantage not to cut it and there are to cut it
So maybe I am a dumbass but at least I am a dumbass with some research and not making stuff up and insulting outhers and being unable to show my stand with sources
@PatriceONeal ya so some say, thing is nothing seem to show it effecting plesure or anything of the sort, there is lots of research of it saying cut is less likely to have issues beyond the cutter doing a bad job
And ya I live in Israel so I know the pros here are pros because they got lots of experience :)
And I am not religious
sites I search on are not religious
Just because it come from religion don't mean there is nothing for it
If you want, you can send me a message so we can talk about it. I would love to because of how strongly I feel about the issue. I just can't send one because my account isn't level 2
@ghostuser82 can't message you if your not following me it seems as of your settings
Coming from men who's gone through circumcision in their adult life. You lose approx 80% of sensation in your penis when you remove the foreskin.
I'm intact. I don't know why you would assume I did it?
Point to this research that says sexual pleasure goes up after cutting off nerve endings.
Let's cut off all womens breasts at infancy using this probable cause logic. They'll never have to worry about breast cancer. Isn't that wonderful?
You give no reasoning or proof just incoherent babble. I don't know why you ever talk.
My first reply to Mr.
You said before "Coming from men who's gone though circumcision in their adult life" Sorry if miss read that, Sounded to me like you talking about your self the way you said it
Just like with Mr. what you said about cutting breasts is not relevant, first as you can still get cancer (so can man) and second because that body part has more functions beside being there
And have you read nothing I posted so far? I give reasoning
And love to have one from you against it, maybe some links and researches, beside just attacks
I talk because someone asked, I reply because I am interested to know all sides, and If I am wrong I will like to fix my option over digging my head in the ground and say "I am right"
Men is plural, it's also a different word than me, not sure how you got confused. It's natural holds up as an argument even of you don't agree. It being natural means we've survived hundreds of thousands of years without the intrusion of an invasive medical procedure at birth. "It's natural"is perfectly acceptable reasoning. Stomp your feet and signal vietua all you won't, you can't change history. Forekeskin provides protection from the elements, I don't know how a hoodie for your penis wouldn't be obvious to you the advantages. Less friction against jeans, natural lubrication, the sleeve works congruent with the vagina during sex for less friction.
You make this statement about protection from infection which would be the same as protecting women from breats cancer woth the hacking off of their breasts. 100% similar analogy even though you fervently deny, free of any proof or reasoning of your own, yet you're completely comfortable demanding it from others.
Hard to take you as being genuine.
And again read my first reply give links @PatriceONeal
That is some will give you more if you wish after I am done at work
Sorry if I miss understand you I am not a native speaker as you may notice from all my typos and that may be a part of my confusion on that matter
I agree natural is great but if it can create more issues then it may be worth to go beyond
Cancer, natural, no need to deal with it then? or then we do because... it dose more harm then good
We don't live in that age any more and the foreskin loses some of its use ability this days
And just one more time, my first reply has links
If you want more I'll get more when I am off work
It doesn't create more issues, the vast majority of the world for the vast majority of our history have been intact and loved perfectly happy fulfilling lives. You're talking about a matter of hygiene not a life threatening issue.
Cancer isn't natural lmfao. It isn't natural for humans to have cancer.. that's why we die from it...
Time or era doesn't matter, we don't live in barbaric baby mutilating times anymore if anything.
Ypu said its okay becuase the baby won't remember it, I promise you they will. Not likely something you'd forget or ignore since it's missing from you...
@PatriceONeal Its missing from a baby that dose not even know what it has or had, so no... they will not remember that, I mean do you remember being in your mothers tummy? and the time there? the time someone felt it? when you kicked?
You will not remember it, even if you may have a disagreement on it later on in life
"Cancer isn't natural lmfao. It isn't natural for humans to have cancer.. that's why we die from it..."
Death is natural ya? so ya its quirt natural to get something that will kill you some day, or else we live forever
Its a natural development of your body growing something the wrong way it should not
I am not saying anyway that natural has no meaning, its a good and agreed something that should not change, except if its down sides are bigger then its up sides
And that is the main thing, the main question that I am putting to decide on my kid (not yours or anyone else, its my choice on my kid) that it has more of an advantage and cons of doing so
Also I am putting in that the idea that I live in a contry that has a lot of exprince in doing so, meaning the chance of it giving issues is much lower

@PatriceONeal
"Evidence-based policy statements by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) support infant and later age male circumcision (MC) as a desirable public health measure. Our systematic review of relevant literature over the past decade yielded 140 journal articles that met our inclusion criteria. Together, these showed that early infant MC confers immediate and lifelong benefits by protecting against urinary tract infections having potential adverse long-term renal effects, phimosis that causes difficult and painful erections and “ballooning” during urination, inflammatory skin conditions, inferior penile hygiene, candidiasis, various sexually transmissible infections in both sexes, genital ulcers, and penile, prostate and cervical cancer. Our risk-benefit analysis showed that benefits exceeded procedural risks, which are predominantly minor, by up to 200 to 1. We estimated that more than 1 in 2 uncircumcised males will experience an adverse foreskin-related medical condition over their lifetime. Wide-ranging evidence from surveys, physiological measurements, and the anatomical location of penile sensory receptors responsible for sexual sensation strongly and consistently suggested that MC has no detrimental effect on sexual function, sensitivity or pleasure. United States studies showed that early infant MC is cost saving. The evidence supporting early infant MC has further strengthened since the positive AAP and CDC reviews."

This is a source that went on checking a lot of researchers and come out with the + on the matter
Seem to be some good research with a lot of sources and checking on quality without trying to tilt there test to one or other side

@patriceoneal
Hope that gives you a nice amount of stuff to go by and maybe help
I should also maybe point out, I am really interested to know if you got something I miss, I use google as my main search and it dose tend to try to bend the results to what it thinks you will like to see, and I am interested to know honestly what is the best for the kids
and about this "It doesn't create more issues, the vast majority of the world for the vast majority of our history have been intact and loved perfectly happy fulfilling lives. You're talking about a matter of hygiene not a life threatening issue."
That shows nothing, people use to be happy to live under a king for generations some of them where happy, some where not
People used to live in caves
People used to go out hunting and getting blueberries for food
Saying "Its been good enough for our elders its good enough for us all" dose mean much or prove much of anything
I mean maybe we should not know the world is round, people where happy to think the world is flat right? and people where happy not knowing any more countries exist right?
But we don't walk in place, so that is not meaning its the best or the right thing to do, it just means it how it was
If its better, please do provide me with benefits that out way the cons of it, its what I am asking

I'm on the fence about that one. Having it done is just to make it easier to keep it clean. Having it done at that age is so he won't really notice it's BEING done. However, NOT having it done increases the sensitivity of the head of his dick so, HAVING it done is robbing him from that sensation. It's the same as cutting away the labia.
It's a myth that it keeps it cleaner
Not from what I've heard. Mold, disease and germs THRIVE in hard to reach, dark, damp places!
It's suppose to be damp to keep it moisturized so sex isn't dry. And nah it's much harder to keep a vag clean
It cleans itself.
The inside sure but not the lips/outer parts
A little soap and water won't do it?
Can't put soap in that area. Sometimes water can also cause issues by throwing off the natural ph. It can be difficult to find a routine to be clean without causing issues
If I had a son he would be circumcised. I know this because I don't have an opinion on the matter and my husband has said that he would want his son to be circumcised.
So... there. I would cater to my husband's opinion on that matter. I feel like he, being a male, gets to have the final say on his hypothetical male offspring's situation down there. 🤷🏼♀️
I would leave that decision up to the father, assuming he is still in the picture.
It seems like a medically unnecessary procure and would not significantly change the quality of my son's life. If left to my own devices, I would probably abstain from it.
I've known men who have gone under the knife purposely later in life because their junk to look a certain way and thats okay too.
My sons are not circumcised. If they want to be, they can have it done when they are adults
Same
Nope. The skin is there for a reason. It prevents the senstive inner organ. It also keeps it sensitive. Those who say otherwise are just unhygienic.
He is not. His father is. We had all the discussions when he asked why he looks diff. from daddy, after I explained, he understands why and he is cool with not circumcised.
Honestly I’m neither for Nora against it I wouldn’t get my child‘s circumcised cause I don’t think it really matters I understand why Jews do it It’s not like you’re cutting off the entire penis you’re just coming off the foreskin. Course I never had to go through this pain so I’m pretty neutral on the subject
Ever had to put a catheter on an uncircumcised elderly patient? My wife an RN has and let's just say am uncircumcised penis becomes a snapping turtle with turtleneck sweater. You have to unfold the sweater to put the catheter in and f you don't put it back it causes a nasty mess.
I have one son and we didn't get him circumcised. We feel it's wrong to amputate health erogenous tissue, perminantly altering the sexual function of a minor who can't possibly consent.
I wouldn't. I'd leave it up to him if he wants it or not.
Absolutely not. It is unfair of either parent to make that choice for a child, and it is especially heinous for a mother to do it.
No, I would never do something like that to my son. It's cruel and it makes no difference whether he's circumcised or not.
No, I live in Europe, circumcision is not popular here.
Only Muslims, Jews, and Americans circumcise their sons.
I think it's better to let them decide when they are old enough. I'd leave it intact.
I'm an uncut American guy. My father is cut. I asked my parents about it years ago and thet only told me that they didn't trust the doctors to cut me.
I did. Mainly as OH is from South America where it's normal practice, so she was very keen. I had had to get one as an adult for medical reasons. Maybe if I hadn't I would have fought her a bit more on it, but it's been a bit of a complicated situation
Probably would have at the time but after reading more about it through the years maybe I would not but it’s very common in the USA to do. I never had boys though, kept having girls, three at once so I never had to make that decision
It's barbaric and should be illegal. Child abuse and a violation of basic human rights.
Someone made a confuses face but didn't have the courage to stand up for cutting baby's genitals off. Weird
I really don’t know what I would have done!
The upside of having it done at birth. Would be if he would need to have it done later in life. The pain wouldn’t be remembered at birth.
I worked with a guy that had to have it done. It wasn’t very pleasant!
its been proven on brain scans that it causes trauma to the brain. So you prob have trauma and don't know about it cause you've lived with it since day one
@Apple1996. Won’t argue this with you. I suppose some guys could use that an excuse for doing stupid $hit!
There is a meme talking about how all school shooters are circumcised lol
While I don't think it's a excuse I def laughed so hard when I seen that
It's only this weird WESTERN fetish for mutilating boys.
They're indirectly influenced with the Abrahamic Bullshiit religious beliefs.
I have two and both are circumcised. Had it done on a follow up visit to the doctor a few days after leaving the hospital. It is a two piece ring. one piece goes over the penis under the foreskin and the second piece snaps on over the foreskin. It cuts the blood flow and after a few days it falls off and they never feel a thing. That is how theirs was done, no cutting...
They still feel pain with the ring being placed they have to rip at the skin to get it on
Newborns actually won't cry if they are in pain. They tend to go into shock with real pain and will be quiet. They use crying more to seek attention or cause they are hungry. After a few months this changes and they will cry if in pain.
It took till the 80s for doctors to stop doing open heart surgery on awake newborns since they didn't cry the thought it was fine
No I would not circumcise my baby boy he will remain intact
Of course not. Circumcision of a baby without valid medical justification for it should be a crime, and it is in many countries. It's a choice a man should make for himself when he is old enough to understand the implications.
Yes and did. It is much easier to do when they are first born. It will be much more painful / difficult to do at a later stage in life it it is desired or needed.

Nope not really, unless the doctor said it's medically necessary
God no. That practice is archaic, completely unnecessary, and totally disgusting.
No, he wouldn't be Jewish, Muslim or from the US. No reason to do this.
That's his body his choice just like how it was my choice to have him. He doesn't owe me shit.
Initially I wouldn't. I'd want to have that conversation with his mother before we make that decision
No. There isn't one justifiable reason to have my son circumcised.
I would only do it if medically necessary (eg: they develop phimosis or something).
After they become an adult, then they're free to do whatever they want with their junk, except show it to me.
I was born in England and was not circumcised, it seems to be more common here in the USA than other countries.
No if he chooses to do so in his life I'll let him do it I don't want to be blamed for it later when he grows up
In this misandrus culture, the best thing an expectant mother can do for her unborn son is an abortion.
Even that option is going away it seems.
Good👍 no more abortions I say
I do not support genital mutilation of either gender. That should answer your question.
Nope, and it's called male genital mutilation not circumcision
No. You don't have the right to mutilate your kid. If he wants to be, he'll choose that later, on his own.
Yes I would I was so should so he and they say well how could u cause this poor boy pain. Well he's a boy and it's a cold world and today society wants him to be a Nancy nope he needs some pain in his life. I turned out great
Oh gosh don't you have a kid? Hopefully a daughter and not a son lol
No. That's torturing a baby. Plus it's the reason for the high number of rapes in the muslim world.
@Red-Blaze Without that skin on the penis he can't masturbate when he feels the sexual urge and the only way to get what nature is insisting to have is to have sex. But in the muslim world women have no rights whatsoever, so it's easier to just rape her than ask nicely.
What are you talking about?
The the foreskin is not blocking anyone from mustrabting that is a pile of bull someone pull years back
It has nothing to do with that, its a useless part of skin that should be protecting the pennies like we got as well in the libia thing is there one is now useless when ours is still useable and there's just adds risk of infections and the like
As much as I remember hearing it dose not much else from what I understand so far
And ya.. no effect what so ever on how someone masturbate I can tell you my ex had no issue to masturbate with out the foreskin
Yeah plus they are aexually repressed in the mid east. Pornography is banned, women wearing black binbags. While we're over here being whores in the west.
No, barring an actual medical necessity, I’ll leave it to them to do if they so desire
Its illegal in my country so thats great. And no I wouldn't
Yes, it is part of my culture. Further more, being uncut can lead to infections and spreading STIs since bacteria love living in there, so yeah, if I have a son, we taking the top off 😂
I want my wife to be more religous then me so I can like not be religous. So it goes with the theme that she would want circumcision.
Idrc
Not all religions circumcise. Some are actually against it
Siad yes, but i dont know. I see the arguemnt of letting them decide. Their penis and all…
No, it’s abuse. No adult would chose it so why force it on a child. Keeping it clean is easy
